Jenn Bushell is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Registered Kinesiologist with over 15 years of experience helping people get back to doing what they love. She holds a BSc from Dalhousie University, a Certificate in Athletic Therapy from York University, and a Masters in Athletic Training and Human Physiology from the University of Oregon, and has published research in leading sport medicine journals. Her clinical background spans elite sport environments at the from club to NCAA, and international level, including Major games.

She offers every client a tailored, multi-day-a-week rehab plan with video instruction and ongoing movement feedback, available in-person or virtually. Her approach goes beyond pain relief: integrating strength training, core pressure management. With certifications in Visceral Manipulation, Pelvic Visceral, Craniosacral Therapy, and strength coaching, she addresses the root causes of dysfunction so results actually stick.

Jenn has taught in kinesiology departments at several universities, mentored students entering the field, and served on her professional board.
